Embark on a Transformative Pilgrimage to Nepal: A Journey into the Heart of the Himalayas, Ancient Traditions, and Living Shamanic Lineages.
Welcome to Nepal, where the Himalayas dominate the landscape and ancient cultures, sacred traditions, and vibrant nature are ever-present. This pilgrimage offers an immersive experience in centuries-old wisdom, spiritual practices, and the living tradition of Nepali shamanic healing.
From arrival, you will experience a culture where history and spirituality are integral to daily life. Explore the Durbar Squares of Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur, each featuring medieval architecture, carved wooden windows, gilded temples, and palatial courtyards. Walk through historic lanes with bustling bazaars, where incense and spices fill the air and artisans practice traditional crafts.
Experience the artistry of ancient local culture at these UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Each square serves as a living museum, where stones and sculptures reflect devotion, history, and the connection between the sacred and daily life.
Our journey takes us deeper into Nepal’s spiritual landscape, with visits to some of the country’s most hallowed shrines:
Pashupatinath: The holiest Hindu temple, set on the banks of the sacred Bagmati River, where centuries-old rituals and the eternal flame of devotion honour the cycle of life and death.
Boudhanath: The colossal stupa at the heart of Buddhist practice, its all-seeing eyes watching over pilgrims who circle it in prayer, spin prayer wheels, and chant mantras.
Swayambhunath Mahachaitya: The mystical temple popularly called the “Monkey Temple”, perched atop a hill, offering sweeping views of Kathmandu Valley and a sense of timeless serenity.
Pharping and Vajrayogini Temple: Sites of Guru Padmasambhava’s enlightenment and powerful tantric practices, surrounded by tranquil forests and echoing with ancient chants.
Chobar Jala Vinakaya: The sacred Ganesh shrine at Chobar Gorge, a place of myth and natural wonder where the valley’s rivers converge.
Each visit offers an opportunity to engage with Nepal’s spiritual traditions, providing space for reverence, reflection, and renewal.
This pilgrimage offers a unique chance to learn from the continuous lineage of Nepali Dhami-Jhankri, shamans who serve as healers, diviners, and spiritual guides. Their practices are rooted in animism and honour nature spirits, ancestors, and elemental forces.
You will participate in shamanic teachings at various levels, from introductory rituals to advanced healing ceremonies. Learn about healing, spirit incorporation, and the shaman's role in Nepali society as mediator, protector, and bearer of ancient wisdom. Take part in purification rituals, ancestral offerings at rivers and waterfalls, and sacred outdoor ceremonies.
The Dhami-Jhankri path involves dreams, visions, and direct communication with the spirit world. With their guidance, you will explore the relationship between humans and nature and the role of ancestral veneration in healing and transformation.
This journey is open to all, including healers, energy workers, and those seeking a deeper understanding of shamanism and traditional healing. Experience Nepal’s sacred landscape, receive generational teachings, and join a community of shared wisdom and inspiration.
Join us in Nepal, where mountains, rivers, and traditions shape every ritual and welcome. Let this pilgrimage inspire your spirit, deepen your practice, and connect you with the land's rhythms and its people.
